3 c. flour
1¼ c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
3-5 tbsp. ice water
1 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut shortening into flour and salt until mealy.
2. Beat eggs separately.
3. Add ice water and vinegar to egg.
4. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients.
5. Makes 2 pie crusts so split dough in half.
6. Roll out to desired thickness and lay onto pie pan. Press into and form to pie pan.
