Directions:
Directions:
When this mixture has cooled down to lukewarm add the yeast mixture.
Mix in 9-10 cups of flour ( original recipe says 12 cups of flour just depends).
Knead until well mixed and put to rise. About 8:30pm punch dough down and cover. About 9:30 pm put into pans making plain or cinnamon buns as desired.
Set in cold oven until morning. In morning bake at 375 Fº. for 15 minutes.

Note
- Increase yeast very slightly if using part whole wheat flour. Substitute 6 cups whole wheat flour. Add the rest white flour
- Sometimes I will add 1 cup powdered milk 1/3 cup honey and 1/3 cup molasses.
- I add just enough flour so that I can knead the dough without it sticking. I usually rub my hands with margarine when kneading the dough. Most of the flour from the mixing pan should be used up.
