2-4 pieces of chicken
1 cup rice
Dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Oil bottom and sides of baking dish
Add rice to bottom of the baking dish
Add dry onion soup mix (not the full package, between 1/4 - 1/2 of the dry mix)
Add chicken to top
Combine the soup and water to make 2 cups of liquid, add to the top of the chicken
Bake at 350 F for 1 1/2 - 2 hours covered, last 20 minutes of baking add dry breadcrumbs and/or parmesan cheese to the top of the casserole and bake uncovered
