1 cup Crisco
2 cups Sugar
4 Eggs
1 cup Milk
3 cups sifted Flour
1 tsp.Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp.Butter & Nut Flavoring

1 stick Margarine
1 box Confectioners Sugar
1 8oz. Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp. Butter & Nut Flavoring
1 cup chopped Pecans

Cream crisco, sugar and eggs together on high speed for 10 minutes. Add 1 cup flour
and beat 1 minute. Add rest of flour & milk and beat 1 minute. Add butter&nut flavoring
and mix... Bake in 3 layers
Bake 350 for 20 to 25 minutes

Combine all ingredients & place icing between layers & on top & sides of
cooled cake.

**Bake about 12 minutes for cupcakes
