½ cube butter
1 clove garlic
2 c. whipping cream
1 c. fresh parmesan
¼ c. flour
¼ c. (little less) milk
Johnny's seasoning salt
garlic salt
2 tbsp. (or a little less) sugar
green onion (chopped)
sprinkled parmesan
pasta of your choice

1. Sauté the garlic in melted butter until lightly browned.
2. Whisk in the next 4 ingredients.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients to taste.
4. Serve over noodles of your preference. We like either fettucine or angel hair pasta.

I got this recipe from ShaRee Yorgesen. She usually guesstimates measurements but I pinned her down and had her write everything down for me. This is my favorite Alfredo recipe. I think it's even better than Olive Garden's!
