1&1/2 cups Chopped Fine Dates
1&1/2 cups Chopped Fine Pecans
1 can Eagle Brand Milk


FROSTING:
1-8oz. Cream Cheese
2&1/2 cups Confectioners Sugar
1 tsp, Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dates, pecans and eagle brand milk and
refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Put a spoonful of the chilled mixture on Ritz Crackers....
Bake 350 for 10 to 12 minutes... Cool before frosting

FROSTING;
Mix together 8oz. cream cheese, 2&1/2 cups confectioners sugar,
& 1 tsp. vanilla
If this is too stiff just add a little bit of milk
