1 box yellow cake mix
1 small pkg of Jello-O (orange & lime are the best)
4 eggs
2/3 c. vegetable oil

GLAZE
1 c. confectioners sugar
4 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Jell-O with 1 cup of hot water, dissolve completely, and allow to cool. Preheat oven to 350º. In large bowl mix cake mix & oil. Add one egg at a time & mix well. Fold in Jell-O and mix well (careful, it will splash!!) Pour mixture in a greased & floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

For icing, mix in small bowl with a whisk the lemon juice & sugar. Pour or brush over cake while still hot.
