1 lb. lasagna noodles...
1 lb. swiss cheese grated...
1/4 c. grated parmesan/romano cheese....
pasta sauce of your choice.....

Directions:
Directions:
Grate swiss cheese...heat pasta sauce....boil lasagna noodles.
Use glass oblong baking dish or pan.
Put some sauce in bottom of dish...layer with noodles swiss cheese...a little parmesan/romano and sauce...repeat.. Top layer should be noodles with sauce.
Bake at 350º covered for 45 minutes..uncovered for 15 minutes until hot and bubbly. Let set for about 10-15 minutes before cutting and serving.

A little different variation of Italian lasagna. My great uncle (Aunt Janettes Uncle) put this together during the war when he couldn't get ricotta cheese. I use low fat swiss cheese.
