2T unsalted butter
2 celery stalks diced medium
3 carrots - sliced
1 medium white onion diced medium
salt, pepper
8 cups turkey stock
2 cups egg noodles
1 sprig rosemary
¾ cup cooked turkey

Directions:
Directions:

1. Melt butter. Add celery, carrots, onion, ½ tsp salt. Cook about 3 minutes.
2. Add stock and bring to rapid simmer. Add noodles, rosemary, 2 tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper and simmer until noodles are tender. Add turkey and heat through.
