Boil potatoes about 15 min
mix olive oil and garlic together
put on baking sheet mash with a masher
spoon a little of the "garlic oil" on each one
then load them with bacon , chives, cheese , etc
broil until cheese is melted and potatoes are crispy about 7 min .
