2 tsp chili powder
cup salsa
cup grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 pkg Stove Top
1 cup of water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line muffin tin with foil and spray with Pam
2. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water and chili powder.
3. Press into 12 muffin cups. Make an indentation in the centre with a spoon.
4. Spoon the salsa into each indentation.
5. Bake 30 minutes. Top with cheese and cook another 5 minutes.
