1.5 lb cubed beef stew meat
3 cans golden mushroom soup
1 medium onion - chopped
1 T Worcestershire sauce
½ cup water
1 container of cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in slow cooker.
2. Cook on low for 8 hours. Stir in cream cheese and let cook for another 15 minutes.
3. Serve over egg noddles.
