1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup butter at room temperature
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with your hands until blended.
Shape into 1" balls.
Place on cookie sheet about 2" apart. Flatten slightly

Beat 1 egg and brush egg on top of each flatten circle.

Bake at 420 for 10-12 minutes

Cool on wire rack.
