1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
4 eggs
4 cup of powdered sugar
2 t. vanilla
1 8oz cream cheese
pre heat oven to 350*

Mix cake mix , melted butter , 2 eggs , 1t vanilla , with a spoon
pat into a 9x13 pan
mix cream cheese , 2 eggs , 1 t vanilla with a electric mixer
slowly add confectioner's sugar
pour over cake mix
bake for 40 to 45 min .cool
