Granola Recipe

8 cups oats
2/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups coconut
1 cup honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cups wheat germ
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup almonds, slivered
1 Tablespoon vanilla

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Place in several shallow baking pans (cookie sheets). Bake at 275 for 60 minutes. Cool and break into pieces.

*This was a mainstay for Leigh Ann and Lindy for many years.
