1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar



1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups old fashioned oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 quart saucepan, combine butter, cocoa powder, milk, and sugar. Stirring constantly, bring to a rolling boil. Continue boiling for 1 minute.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and peanut butter until smooth. Fold in oatmeal to coat.

Drop by tablespoons (or use a medium cookie scoop) onto parchment paper (or wax paper) lined trays. Let cookies set up, 30-60 minutes, before storing an in airtight container.
