Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 can shoepeg white corn, drained
1 Tablespoon chopped onion
1 cup diced celery
1 green pepper cut in small pieces
1/2 cup miracle whip (not mayonnaise)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn with onion, celery and green peppers. Make salad dressing using Miracle Whip, salt and pepper, mustard and lemon juice. Fold into corn mixture. Chill thoroughly.

*This has been a family favorite for many years.
