3/4 Cup softened butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 400 ml can coconut milk
2 1/2 cups flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 8 oz pkg medium unsweetened coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy
Add eggs, vanilla and coconut milk.
add flour, baking powder ana few grains sale.
Fold in coconut.
Pour into a 9"x13" baking pan. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes
When cool ice with butter icing and sprinkle with coconut.

This is a new recipe to me. I got it about a year ago. It is the best white cake ever (unless you don't like coconut).

It can be dressed up, or down, baked in different styles of pans, made into 2 or 3 layers, decorated for any occasion.
