2 cans Rotel - small
10 oz chopped frozen spinach - cooked


Directions:
Directions:
Cook the spinach according to package directions. Mix cheese, spinach and Rotel in a crockpot, stirring occasionally, until melted. Serve with chips.

You can easily cut the recipe in half.
