Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 Piecrust
3 Eggs slightly beaten
2 c. Milk
1 pinch Pepper
1 pinch Nutmeg
3/4 c. grated Swiss Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.

Combine Eggs, Milk, Pepper, and Nutmeg.
Spread Cheese in bottom of Pie Shell.
Pour the Milk mixture over it.

Bake for 30 minutes or until set.

Note: 1 c. of vegetables or meat can be added to the filling. Cook the vegetables and drain before using.
