6 Slices Bacon - fried crisp
1 tbsp. Bacon Drippings
1/2 c. Cornflake Crumbs
5 Eggs
2 1/2 c. Frozen Hashbrowns
4 oz. Shredded Swiss Cheese
1/2 c. Cottage Cheese (small curd)
1 Green Onion - chopped
1 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper

Crumble bacon and set aside.
Mix drippings and crumbs and set aside.
Beat eggs until frothy.
Stir in other ingredients.
Pour into greased 9" deep dish pie pan.
Top with crumbs and bacon.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 325 F.

Bake at 325 F. for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
