6 skinned and boned chicken breast halves. (or thighs deboned)

1/8 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp. pepper

1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)

1/4 cup milk

1 1/2 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix

1/4 cup butter, melted

6 (4" square) slices swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in greased 9x13 baking dish.......sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper

Top each breast with cheese slice....set aside

Combine soup and milk, stirring until smooth, pour over chicken.


Sprinkle with stuffing mix and drizzle with butter.


Bake 350 covered for 30 min. Uncover and bake another 30 @ 350.
