28 oz crushed tomatoes (can)
12 oz of tomato paste
15 oz can tomato sauce
2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper
1/2 onion diced
7 cloves of garlic diced
4 cups of water
4 bay leaves
1 1/2 tsp basil
2 tsp oregano
2 tbsp parsley
2 tsp garlic salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 lb hamburger
5 sweet Italian sausages
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp onion powder
3 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
in a deep pot fry onion and garlic in 3 tbsp olive oil on medium low heat for 5 minutes, add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper, 4 cups of water, basil, oregano, parsley, garlic salt, sugar, red pepper flakes and onion powder to the pot. Stir and let simmer for 2 - 3 hours on low heat.

An hour before serving cook the hamburger and sausage and add to the sauce, let that simmer for an hour.

I made this recipe as a cross between a sauce recipe i use for lasagna and grandma Rhoda's spaghetti sauce. I like this version alot if your looking for more thick and chunky spaghetti sauce.
