Ingredients:  
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
pint sour cream
to 1/3 cup Mexican green taco sauce
4 green onions, chopped
1 can (4 oz ) diced green chilies
lb grated cheese (we prefer Colby Jack) Cheddar is okay
flour tortillas, 6, 8 or 10
2 cups cooked chicken, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together soup, sour cream, taco sauce, green chilies, and green onion. Keep cheese in separate
bowl.
Assemble the enchiladas as follows:
1 2 Tbsp of sauce, chicken, and then cheese.
Roll and place in a 9x13 greased pan. Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
[Stop here if you will be freezing]
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 30 minutes. [Bake a little longer if cooking from a frozen state]
