2-(8ct) pkg crescent rolls
[I have used 3 cans, makes smaller rolls)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
chives (fresh, frozen or dried)
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
½ cup diced fresh mushrooms
seasoned croutons, crushed
melted butter

Gravy:
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
½ soup can milk
1 ½ Tbsp mayonnaise
1 ½ Tbsp Miracle Whip
2-3 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and chicken together with some chives for flavor. Add the mushrooms. Use a
little milk is needed to thin.
Separate the crescent rolls, and using a rolling pin, flatten slightly. Spoon chicken mixture on the rolls.
Close dough around the chicken, and seal the dough. Roll in melted butter and then in the crushed
croutons.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Serve with special gravy.

Gravy:
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat. Serve on the side with the chicken
rolls, or spoon over the chicken rolls before serving.
