2 lrg pkg strawberry Jello
2 c hot water
2 pkg (10 oz) frozen strawberries (or use equivalent)
1 lrg can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
3 smashed ripe bananas
1 (16 oz) sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jell-o in hot water. Add fruit; stir till thickened. Pour of the mixture into 9x13 pan.
Chill for 30-45 minutes or until set. Layer with sour cream. Pour remaining jello/fruit mixture over top
and chill.
I have halved this recipe, using 8 oz can of crushed pineapple, and 1-2 bananas, and 8 ox sour cream.
Make in either 8x8 or 9x9 pan.
