¼ cup flour 1 cup sugar ¼ tsp. salt 1 Tsp. grated lemon rind
Heat oven to 350. Mix flour , sugar and salt together into mixing bowl. Stir in lemon rind and juice, egg yolks and milk. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into 1qt baking dish or 6 custard cups. Set in pan of hot water (1” deep). Bake for 50 min. Serve warm or cold, with or without whipped cream.
