Ingredients:  
cup Raw Rice
2 cups Sour Cream
lb. Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
2 sm. cans Chopped Green Chili
Salt, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice for 20 minutes. Stir sour cream in with rice.

In a buttered casserole dish, spread of rice mixture in bottom.

Add layer of jack cheese and all of green chili's.

Add remaining rice mixture and then sprinkle with grated jack cheese. Dot top with butter.

Bake for 350 for about 30 minutes.
