2 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes (usually 4 pieces of frozen chicken from a bag)
1 to 3 T. Red Hot, to taste
1/2 c.flour, any kind works
1/4 t. paprika
2 T. salad oil
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken cubes and Red Hot. Let stand at least 5 minutes.
In a large plastic bag, combine flour, salt, paprika. Add chicken. Toss.
Depending on pan size, you might want to fry these in 2 batches. Heat oil and butter over medium heat. Add chicken. Brown and turn until cooked through and golden brown. Remove as soon as cooked through; the time will depend on the size of your chunks.
Serve with more Red Hot or BBQ sauce or honey.
