1 cup (6oz) toffee bits - divided
½ cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Heat the oven to 350º. Spray a 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl combine flour, oats, brown sugar, ½ toffee bits and nuts. Mix well with a fork. Add the melted butter and mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 - ½ cups of oat mixture for topping. Press rest into the pan and bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack.

In the same bowl beat the cream cheese, condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla with a mixer until smooth. Pour over crust, spreading to the edges. Crumble rest of oat mixture over this layer.

Drizzle with the caramel topping and sprinkle with remaining toffee bits.

Bake 32 to 38 minutes or until the topping is light brown and the filling is set. Cool to room temperature in the pan on a wire rack.

Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the cooled bars.

Store in refrigerator.
