Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 sticks margarine
2 cups all purpose flour
8 oz. sharp cheese
½ tsp. red pepper
½ tsp. salt
2 cups rice Krispies cereal

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Cut butter into flour. Add cheese, salt, pepper, cereal. Form into balls. Press onto cookie sheet (can get about 15 "snappies" on each pan). Press each ball onto cookie sheet - using the bottom of a drinking glass works well, but remember to use wax paper between the glass and the "snappie" to prevent sticking.

Bake 8-10 minutes-cool on cooling rack.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Aunt Dear always said to rinse the bottom of the cookie sheet with cold water to stop the cooking process before doing another batch.
