Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 bags frozen Brussels sprouts
Real maple syrup (The thicker the better)
1lb Thick cut bacon
Red pepper flakes
Olive oil
Salt/pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Toss the Brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper just a light coating
Cut thawed bacon into Little pieces and brown until crisp in pan. Using a slotted spoon place the bacon in the brussel sprout mixture, allow some of the grease to be added...not too much though..
Pour a little maple syrup at a time in the brussel sprout mixture until you get a nice thick mixture. If you can do this the night before cooking and tightly cover and let sit overnight in the referidgerator. This isn’t necessary, but definitely helps the flavors fuse. Before putting in baking dish pour some more maple syrup in and give a good mix. Add some red pepper flakes...light...you just want to offset the sweetness. Place in the oven covered at 400 for about 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to coin for about 10-15 minutes to brown. You can always add a little extra maple syrup drizzle before serving, but be careful you don’t over sweeten. Enjoy!!! You can substitute maple syrup with agave syrup.
