5 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp of salt
1 pound maple leaf tenderflake lard
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 egg lightly beaten
water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt. Cut in Maple Leaf lard until mixture resembles course meal with a few larger pieces. In a measuring cup, combine vinegar and egg. Add water to make one cup. Gradually stir liquid into lard mixture. Add only enough liquid to make dough cling together. Gather into a ball, wrap and refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
