head of cabbage, cored and chopped into 1/4' strips
1 stick of butter
caraway seeds
salt
pepper

combine with:

Directions:
Directions:
Place strips of cabbage in large saute pan with stick of butter. season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds. Saute cabbage until well coated with butter and softened. Cover and cook on low for about 45 minutes until well cooked but not burnt (maybe a little golden brown)....

Serve over spatzle noodles
