2 eggs, beaten
2 Tablespoons dried onion soup mix
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup minced parsley
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Ground pepper
1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
Tomato soup (optional)

In medium mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly. Add milk with onion soup mic, parsley, salt, pepper, mustard, worcestershire and bread crumbs. Let stand for about 5 minutes to soak bread. Add meat and mix thoroughly. Shape into a loaf about 8 X 4 X 3 in a shallow pan. Top with tomato soup or catsup, if desired.
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
