2 eggs, beaten
2 Tablespoons dried onion soup mix
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup minced parsley
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Ground pepper
1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
Tomato soup (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In medium mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly. Add milk with onion soup mix, parsley, salt, pepper, mustard, worcestershire and bread crumbs. Let stand for about 5 minutes to soak bread. Add meat and mix thoroughly. Shape into a loaf about 8 X 4 X 3 in a shallow pan. Top with tomato soup or catsup, if desired.
Bake at 350º for 50 minutes.
