30 oz. or large can fruit cocktail
1 large cream cheese
4 heaping tablespoons marshmallow cream
½ cup mayonnaise
2 egg whites, beaten

Directions:
Drain fruit well. Mix well with cream cheese. Add mayonnaise and marshmallow cream. Add beaten egg whites before pouring into casserole dish. Freeze.

Can add a little cherry juice for added color.
