1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 egg
1 can fruit cocktail (1 lb.)
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c.walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix granulated sugar, flour, soda and salt.
Beat in egg.
Sir in fruit, including the syrup, and vanilla.

Combine brown sugar and nuts.
Sprinkle over fruit mixture.
Bake at 325 for 45 minutes in a 7 x 10 pan.
Serve warm with whipped topping.
