Ingredients:  
2 lb ground beef
2 eggs
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Flour for sprinkling
1 cup beef bouillon
1 - 7 oz can mushrooms
1 can of cream of mushroom soup (optional)
Fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, beef, bread crumbs, salt, celery, and pepper. Mix together lightly. Form into 8 thick steaks. Dunk lightly in flour. Brown on both sides. Pour beef bouillon and mushrooms over steaks. (Can also add a can of cream of mushroom soup.) When steaks are done, remove to platter. Thicken gravy and pour over steaks.
