5 lb hen, boiled
1 package green noodles (8 oz)
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 pound velvetta cheese, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small jar stuffed olives, sliced
1 large can mushrooms
Cheese crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Boil hen. Cut into bite-size pieces. Keep one cup of the stock. Cook green noodles in remaining stock.
Saute the green pepper, celery and onion in the butter. Stir until smooth and soft the soup, olives, and mushrooms. Mix all together. Season to taste. Add more stock if too thick. Top with crushed cheese crackers. Heat to eat.
