12 ounces Brussels Sprouts, halved
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
⅜ tsp salt
tsp black pepper
2 tbsp roasted, unsalted pumpkin seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425
Toss together the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Transfer to a large, rimmed baking sheet, and spread in an even layer.
Bake in preheated oven until tender and browned, 18-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, toss to combine.
