1/2 cup orange marmalade
3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
3 tablespoons soy sauce, divided
1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 pound boneless skinless chicken tenders
4 cups fresh or frozen stirfry vegetables

Directions:

Whisk together marmalade, 2 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, lime juice, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl; set aside.
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in wok or large skillet over high heat. Add chicken and remaining 2 tablespoons soy sauce; toss to coat. Stirfry chicken until no longer pink, about five minutes. Add vegetables and stirfry until crisp tender, about four minutes.
Add prepared sauce; heat one minute, stirring occasionally. Serve with chow mein noodles.
