1 cup sugar
cup cooking oil
2 eggs
1 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup grated carrots
cup nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease loaf pans. Blend sugar and oil then add eggs on at a time. Blend well. Combine dry ingredients; stir in egg mixture, carrots, nuts and vanilla. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
