Zucchini
Asparagus
Yams/sweet potatoes
Broccoli
Brussel sprouts
Corn

Directions:
Directions:
Light grill gas or charcoal .
Cut up the VEGATABLES that need to be cut, (not corn);)
Toss in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and GARLIC!
Arrange on the grill so they don't fall through
Grill over medium heat till cooked.
NEW corn trick is to soak corn in water for ten minutes, then grill for 20-30 minutes.
Then cut off the cut end a few rows of corbels up and the husks slide right off.
