4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
One egg
8 ounces sliced mushrooms

Sauce:
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup white wine
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 stick of butter
Fresh Parsley to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dip cutlets in egg then in flour, fry until brown and set aside in a baking dish.

Sauce:
Sauté garlic in butter lightly. Add chicken broth, lemon juice and wine. Simmer five minutes. Add parsley and then pour over meat. Bake 15 minutes uncovered at 350°. Pour over noodles.
