1 pkg. (30oz) diced potatoes (thawed) (Ore Ida)
1 medium onion, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
salt
pepper



3 c. cornflakes (or potato chips) crushed
melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
combine all ingredients except the cornflakes (and melted butter for cornflakes)
in a greased 9 x 13 pan

combine cornflakes with melted butter and sprinkle over the top,
Bake 1 hour @ 350 degrees

test middle of potatoes for doneness
