1 pound shrimp, shell on
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 teaspoons ground fenugreek
2 1/4 teaspoons ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 tablespoon ground fennel
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon turmeric
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 bay leave
4 medium onions, chopped
4 tablespoons coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup yogurt
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix spices with shrimp in a bowl and set aside. Cook onions in a pan with oil on medium heat until they become golden. Add the shrimps and all the spices. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add yogurt, coconut milk, and water. Bring to a boil and simmer long enough to cook shrimp, about 5 to 8 minutes.
