2 lbs Ground Beef
2 10 oz cans Hot Rotel
32 oz Velveeta Cheese
Jalapenos Jar or 1 Fresh (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Ground Beef
Drain
Put in Crockpot or Pot
Pour in Rotel
Stir and let cook for 5 minutes
Cut Velveeta into cubes
Add to Crockpot/pot
Add in a Spoonful of Jalapenos or dice and add jalapeno
Cook on medium heat until Velveeta has fully melted and then turn on low to keep warm
Serve in a bowl with tortilla chips
