4 Tbs butter
4 Tbs flour
2 C milk
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Dash Cayenne
1 egg yolk (beaten)
2 Tbs sherry
1 C soft bread crumbs
1 tsp parsley (minced)
1 tsp onion (minced)
¼ C buttered bread crumbs
? crabmeat

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add flour to it. Cook mixture for 1 minute, making sure to continually stir it. Gradually add milk, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Cook over low heat till thick. Gradually add egg yolk and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add sherry, bread crumbs (1 cup), crabmeat, parsley and onion. Mix ingredients then pour into greased 1 ½ qt casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Sprinkle with Paprika. Bake 400° for 20-25 minutes.
