1 lb tenderloin tips
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp Beef Consume
˝ C scallions
˝ C mushrooms
1 Tbs butter
Sherry
Brandy

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauté pan, place butter and tenderloin and cook until desired tenderness. Add mushrooms, scallions, and mustard. Cook until everything is tender. Add sherry around the edge of the pan once. Turn heat on high and add the brandy once around the edge of the pan. Turn down the heat and sauté until sauce is desired thickness.
