Ingredients:  
1 lb of Meatloaf (pork, veal & beef combination)
2 lbs 90% lean beef
2 slices 1 day old bread
Least C bread crumbs
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 Tbs hot pepper
tsp garlic powder
2 eggs
Italian dressing (only if dry)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and roll into balls. Place them directly into sauce. Have the sauce simmer, stirring occasionally. Keep cover and cook for approximately one hour.
